Sheffield First Aid Courses is proud to offer our CPR Training course, a hands-on and practical experience designed to teach you the essential skills of life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). By the end of this course, you will have the confidence and knowledge to respond effectively in the event of a cardiac emergency.
Who Should Attend?
Our course is open to all, regardless of previous experience or profession. Whether you’re a concerned parent, a teacher, a fitness instructor, a care worker, or simply someone who wants to be prepared for emergencies, our CPR Training course is for you.
What You'll Learn
During our 3-hour course, you will learn the fundamentals of CPR. We’ll teach you how to recognise the signs of cardiac arrest, how to give chest compressions and rescue breaths, and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). We also cover the recovery position and handling a choking incident, equipping you to handle a range of emergency situations.
Course Duration
Our CPR Training course is designed to be both comprehensive and concise, with a total duration of 3 hours. This allows plenty of time for practical exercises and questions, while ensuring the course is engaging and easy to fit into your schedule.
Course Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate, accredited by Sheffield First Aid Courses, isn’t a formal qualification, but it does demonstrate your commitment to safety and preparedness in the event of a cardiac emergency.
Assessment
At Sheffield First Aid Courses, we believe in continuous assessment. Throughout the course, our trainers will observe and provide feedback on your technique and understanding. We don’t have a final exam – instead, we focus on providing real-time feedback to help you learn and improve. This ensures you leave our course feeling confident and capable.
